Read Christmas Stories - Countdown to Christmas - Day 10

The final count is in: 17 inches of snow fell between 3:00 a.m. on Sunday to today. Needless to say, part of the day was spent shoveling a path from the back door to the barn; an area for the horses to walk around behind the barn; and a path to the gate.

Bird feeder covered in snow.
We thought it looked like a gnome hat.

The majority of the day we spent inside homeschooling (even though it was a snow day for the local public school and the homeschool co-op) and reading Christmas books.

Four books we read today.

We read several new ones this year that we found at the local elementary school's library including:

=> Home for Christmas
=> One Winter's Day
=> The Cobweb Christmas
=> A Gift from Saint Nicholas

It was a nice way to spend the tenth day of the Countdown to Christmas.

OMG! That bird feeder is amazing! Wow! I am jealous of all that snow! Great day to be inside reading Christmas stories. :)
