On Grace is Overrated, there is an engaging journal that is 50 pages that can be used by children and adults alike. Each of the pages has a variety of different questions and prompts for people to complete. The black-and-white pages can be colored in with markers, color pencils, or crayons.

are writing and coloring.
Today, Sophia and Olivia started working on their journals. Olivia was very excited about being able to color the pages. I printed them all in black and white - so there's a lot of room for creativity in terms of color and pattern choice.

We read through the first page of questions together, and both the girls were thinking of answers.

By having the girls keep a journal during their fourth and sixth grade years, my hope is that they will continue to write and keep journals throughout their high school years and adult life.

My daughter found that journal on Pinterest a few days ago! It's really cool, and the prompts are a great idea.
