P52 Photo Challenge - Happy Halloween - Week 44

The theme for the 44th week in the P52 Photo Challenge was "Happy Halloween." This year we had a lot of fun doing a 13-Day Countdown to Halloween. Each day, Sophia, Olivia, and I did 1-4 different activities that related to a different theme.

On the 31st, the girls went trick-or-treating. Sophia dressed as a witch and Olivia dressed as a sheep.

also wanted to be in the picture.

The latter costume I made, and the former one we created by finding items at a local thrift shop. The long, black dress, cape, and hat all came to only $15. It was a bargain compared to what we would have paid in the store for a similar costume.

We enjoyed the different ways we celebrated Halloween this year. Next year we plan on doing the 13-Day Countdown to Halloween again as well as continuing many of the same traditions we've been doing for many years now.
