Nature Photo of the Week - Week 40 - Arch

Yesterday, we went on a field trip with our 4-H club to the Guthrie Theater and CostumeRentals. We did a backstage tour of the Guthrie Theater which was interesting; and were able to see over 70,000 costumes at CostumeRentals (a shared facility between the Guthrie and Children's Theater).

This view is from the lobby of the Guthrie as you walk towards the main stage in the theater (there are three different stages which I didn't realize - all of varying sizes and designs).

This week's theme "Arch" for the 40th week of the Nature Photo of the Week is actually two sets of arches - one in the foreground and one in the background of the photo.

The bridges cross the Mississippi River and the lock and dam system is to the left in the picture. There's a lot going on in the photograph...but, then again, this is in the heart of the city. Lots of action and different things to look at compared to things I normally see living in the country.

I just got ten photo posts at once. All nice. :)
I didn't know there were three different stages at the Guthrie, either!
