A little over a week ago when I did the homeschool home ec lesson about indoor bulb gardening/tulips/Netherlands, there were no flowers - only the leaves.
It's been a joy to watch them bloom and smell the wonderful scents of the flowers. It helps get through the days when it is cold and snowy outside.
