Hitting all the state parks you could was awesome.
There were killdeer when we moved to Fridley and a lot of the land was still natural prairie. Skinks, garter snakes, salamanders, ground squirrels, bats, crows, mourning doves, meadowlarks, rabbits (but not the huge jackrabbits they have up here in Fargo).
I hope you find some roses that would love to live in Minnesota!! :) :)Ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02043285884495492598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5336200906971083995.post-46997040953950416552016-06-14T15:31:35.129-05:002016-06-14T15:31:35.129-05:00Your trip sounds incredible! Thank you for sharing all your insights about the plants and habitats you visited. I wish we could sit and talk in person because learning about new things in nature is what keeps me happy now that I don't homeschool my boys any more. I find that when I am learning, I am happiest. Thanks again and have a great rest of your month.Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02565810011908156870noreply@blogger.com
